ILLUSTRATING BISQUEWARE POTTERY

This workshop will cover a wide range of techniques for simple to complex undercoat, low to mid-fire bisque ware.  Your personal drawings or designs will be transferred to 4x4 or 6x6 low fire bisque tiles. You will learn to use Saral, a graphite copy paper; apply undercoat using various techniques such as fine-line pens, undercoat glaze pencils, sgraffito, stencils, etc.   Children (above age 12) are welcome if accompanied by an adult. Families welcome!  This is a fun experience for novice to advanced artists.

BRING: A couple of 4x4 and  6x6 inch images you want to transfer to a tile.  MAKE SURE IT IS A XEROX COPY! Other drawings will be made available as well.
